Prices are fetched once, then again 15 seconds later to compute per-asset momentum direction and velocity. This feeds directly into anomaly detection thresholds.

Market discovery & gap calculation

The bot queries all active Kalshi crypto markets and parses each ticker to extract the implied strike price. It then computes the absolute dollar gap between the live price and the market's implied threshold.

Claude AI confidence scoring

Markets that pass the gap threshold are sent to Claude with live price, momentum, and market data. Claude returns a structured action (BUY YES / BUY NO / PASS) with confidence (LOW / MEDIUM / HIGH / FULL) and reasoning.

Tier-filtered execution

Can I change my tier after signing up?▾

Yes. You can switch tiers at any time from your dashboard. The change takes effect immediately on the next bot start. Your trade history and P&L data are preserved.

Is there a free trial?▾

You can create an account and connect your Kalshi API for free. The bot is ready to run — you only pay when you choose a tier to activate live trading.

What happens if I cancel?▾

Your bot stops at the end of the billing period. Your account, trade history, and dashboard remain accessible. You can reactivate any time.

Do I need a minimum Kalshi balance?▾

There's no enforced minimum, but Zenqor requires at least $2 per trade (the platform minimum). On Gold 1% sizing, this means a minimum recommended balance of ~$200. Platinum and Diamond tiers scale naturally with your balance.

Is my Kalshi API key safe? ▾

Your API key and private key are encrypted with Fernet symmetric encryption before being stored. The plain-text key never touches our database. Only your running bot instance decrypts it in memory at trade time.

Can the bot lose all my money? ▾

The bot uses position sizing limits tied to your tier (1–15% per trade). A built-in loss-streak detector pauses the bot after 3 consecutive losses and triggers a Claude-powered reanalysis before resuming. You can also stop the bot at any time.

What markets does Zenqor trade? ▾

Zenqor scans all active Kalshi crypto markets (Bitcoin, Ethereum, Solana, XRP, DOGE price markers) and general markets (Fed rate decisions, CPI, employment reports). Market selection is automatic based on AI-detected edges.

How do I cancel my subscription? ▾

Email us at support@zenqor.io with your account email. We'll process the cancellation within one business day. You retain access until the end of your current billing period.

Does the bot run 24/7? ▾

Yes — once started, the bot runs continuously on our servers in a background thread dedicated to your account. You don't need to keep the browser open. It stops only if you click Stop, if an unrecoverable error occurs, or if the server restarts.

Credential Security
Your Kalshi API key and RSA private key are encrypted using Fernet symmetric encryption (AES-128-CBC with HMAC-SHA256) before being written to the database. The encryption key is stored only in your server environment — we cannot decrypt your credentials without it.

Trading Data
All trade history, P&L records, and bot activity logs are stored under your account only. We do not share, sell, or export your individual trading data to any third party. Aggregated, anonymised statistics may be used to improve bot performance.

Data We Collect
We collect your email address, bcrypt-hashed password, encrypted Kalshi credentials, and records of trades executed by the bot on your behalf. We do not collect payment card data — billing is handled by a third-party processor.

Third-Party Services
Zenqor uses the Anthropic Claude API to analyse markets. Anonymised market data (ticker, prices) is sent to Claude for analysis — your account details and credentials are never included in these requests.

Data Retention
You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by emailing support@zenqor.io. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.

Create a Kalshi Account

What is Kalshi?
Kalshi is a regulated US prediction market exchange — think of it like a stock exchange, but for event outcomes (will the Fed raise rates? will it snow in NYC?). It's fully legal and regulated by the CFTC.

If you don't have a Kalshi account yet, signing up takes about 2 minutes. You'll need a valid email and to complete a quick identity verification.

Think of the API Key as a username.
It tells Kalshi which account is making the request. On its own it can't do anything — you need both the API key and the private key (next step) to actually trade.

IMPORTANT — Read this before clicking anything.
After generating the key, Kalshi will offer you a .pem file to download. This file contains your private key. Kalshi only shows this once — if you close the window without downloading it, you'll need to generate a new key pair.

Think of the private key as your password.
The API Key (Step 3) identifies who you are. The private key proves it's actually you. Together they let Zenqor place trades on your behalf — without them, anyone could pretend to be you.

Your credentials are safe.
We encrypt everything with AES-256 (Fernet) before storing. We never see your Kalshi password. You can revoke access any time by deleting the API key in Kalshi's settings.

Yes. Your private key is encrypted using Fernet (AES-256-CBC) the moment it arrives on our server — before it's even written to the database. The encryption key is stored separately as an environment variable, not in the database. Your actual Kalshi password is never involved. We cannot decrypt and misuse your credentials without your encryption key, which only your server holds.

Kalshi API keys can only place and cancel trades, and read your portfolio. They cannot withdraw funds, change your email or password, or transfer money. Even in the worst case, the API key gives no access to your bank account or payment methods.

Log into Kalshi → Settings → API Keys → click the trash icon next to the "Zenqor" key. The key is immediately invalidated — Zenqor will no longer be able to trade. You can also regenerate keys here in Zenqor's Setup Guide at any time.

No problem — just go back to Kalshi Settings → API Keys, delete the old key, and generate a new one. The old key stops working immediately. Then run through this setup again with the new credentials. It takes about 3 minutes.
